WASTCA Disciplinary Tribunal

The disciplinary tribunal usually consists of a barrister and/or solicitor and two members of the Association to hear and determine all and any charges laid against any other member provided that such charge shall have been laid against such member in the manner described in this Constitution or in the by-laws of the Association.

PLAYER REPORTS

All reports shall be received by the Competition Administrator and provided to the Protest & Disputes (P&D) Subcommittee of the Board. The P&D Subcommittee shall determine any necessary charge/s and whether to offer an early guilty plea (EGP). A member who elects to take an EGP shall not be required to attend a tribunal on that charge.

Protests and Disputes

All match protests and disputes shall be received by the Competition Administrator and provided to the Protest & Disputes (P&D) Subcommittee of the Board. The P&D Subcommittee of the Board shall determine the outcome of all protests and disputes.
